Perform support to Quality Process assessments as required.Make changes in inspection procedures, quality control standards, equipment and gauges to facilitate work and maintain quality.Participate in problem and failure investigations to determine root cause and recommend corrective action.
Interface with other departments to resolve non-conformances, and discrepant material reports, determine root cause, formulate corrective action and drive continuous improvement. Provide supports on all quality matters to including: Quality Plans, Surveillance Plans Inspection Instructions, First Article Inspections, and nonconformance resolutions. Participate in problem and failure investigations to determine root cause and recommend corrective action. Support MRB members and recommend corrective action to improve product quality.

Provide expertise to ensure the inspections of designs by performing drawing and procurement documentation review.Įvaluate test results versus verification requirements including the disposition of test anomalies and discrepancies for adequacy. Participate in Government milestone reviews to evaluate the incorporation of quality assurance and certification requirements in decisions affecting design, safety, production, testing, and operation.ĭevelop and utilize tools as needed to assure that all applicable quality assurance requirements are identified for MSFC programs and projects. Provide expertise for the preparation, evaluation, and assessment of documentation relative to processes encountered during the manufacturing, inspection, and test phases of programs and projects.
